Smoke-Out
According to smokers, lighting up a cigarette can calm their nerves and help them relax. The brain cells release "feel good" chemicals when a smoker lights up, much the same as involved in the "runers high", a pleasurable sensation brought on by strenuous exercise.
One such "feel good" chemical is dopamine, a neuortransmitter that not only boosts the feeling of pleasure, but is involved in pain relief, improved movement control, and the relief of anxiety, depression, and even ADHD.
As much as this may sound like beneficial side effects, it is a fact that the addiction to nicotine found in cigarette smoking, in most cases, leads to diseases of the heart and lungs. Not only does smoking severely affect the health of smokers, but second hand smoke has detrimental effects on those who do not smoke as well.
The question is, how does one quit the addiction of nicotine and cigarette smoking? There are as many methods as there are toxic chemicals in cigarette smoke itself.
The basic issue at hand is to increase dopamine in the body by natural means rather than cigarette smoking. Specific amino acids are involved such as tyrosine.
Herbs such as chammomile, valerian, dandelion, peppermint, capsicum, and others, assist the body in the cessation of smoking. However, when Subtle Information in the form of specific frequencies are infused in such blends which are concentrated in the form of an extract, the viability may increase with improved effect.
