Total Care
Topical Product for
Animal Care & Equipment
(Insect Discouragement Protocol)
"This is an 'Unbelievable Product' that replaces all my equine products and is safe for me and the horses."
Over the past several years, we have begun to use an A to Z remedy for a wide variety of horse, pet and livestock problems. It has not only proven to be effective in the treatment of animal diseases and injuries, but also for general clean up, ranging from stables to trucks.
The formulation we use on animals is bio-based, non-hazardous and totally non-toxic, unlike products sold by many of our competitors, which contain ingredients that can be harmful to both the human handler as well as the animal. It is made primarily from water, soybeans, grains, corn, potatoes and cactus. It cannot affect the animal's eyes, ears or respiratory system, and can even be ingested with impunity. When the basic concentration of ingredients is combined with water and agitated, the result is a cleaner that kills bacteria and eliminates fungal infections and insect infestations, while at the same time greatly accelerating the healing process.
Topical Treatments
Since its introduction, it has been used as a non-allergic topical treatment of choice on over fifty horses, and we are told, has had a 100% success rate in the treatment of Staphylococcus Intermedius (Hot Spot), Dermatitis, Eczema, Seborrhea. Thrush, Rain Rot, Rain Scald, Lice, Mud Fever, Mud Foot, Grease Heel, Greasy Heel, Cracked Heel, Scratches, Summer Itch, Girth Rash, Equine Scratches, Dew Poisoning, Swamp Fever, Parasites, Lice, Fungus, Bacteria, Mange, Nicks, Cuts, Yeast, Wounds, Abrasions, and Lacerations. We have also topically treated horses with "heaves" (chronic pulmonary emphysema) with excellent results.
Handling
One of the reasons for it's popularity is its ease of application. The horse does not have to be clipped, scrubbed, scarped, soaked or warped. All that is required is a spray bottle application or gentle daub on the affected part of the animal, or on other areas in which protection is desired. Since this is gentle, non-irritating and has no smell, there is very little handling needed of the horse's sensitive areas, in particular painful or tender feet. Consequently, the possibility of injury to the horse owner, handler, blacksmith or veterinarian is minimized. We have been told some products have smells which disturb the animals, often causing them to rear up or try to bolt, which can prove dangerous to their handlers.
Shampoo & Conditioning
In addition to its medical applications, it is also an excellent wash for the body and hair of the horse, leaving its coat shiny and free of tangles.
Insects
It is also being used by equestrian stables and trainers as an insect control for flies, gnats, mosquitoes, no-see-ums and ticks.
Equipment & Tack
Because of its highly superior cleaning ability, It is also in demand for the washing or cleaning of trailers, trucks, stables, barns, pails, containers, horse urine, bedding, fly mask, fly sheets, saddle pads, saddle blankets, grooming brushes, riding pads and horse blankets.
One thankful horse owner, who races his filly in 50 and 100 mile competitions in Arabia with members of the Royal Family, recently reported that it was responsible for clearing up an infection on the bulb of his horse's foot in four days, a malady that normally takes many weeks to heal. There have been other reported instances of accelerated healing, after applying it to the animal's infected or bruised area.
To summarize, it is effective in the treatment of animal maladies. It is also inexpensive to use, gentle, non-irritating and works quickly, often within a 4 to 7 day period. It has a record of suppressing bacterial infections, ridding animals of parasites and accelerating recovery from skin abrasions. Organic, totally safe, entirely non-toxic it is equally effective for the treatment of dogs, cats, cattle, sheep, goats, rabbits, ferrets, hamsters and pigs.
